История и проблемы специализированных детских садов для детей с нарушением зрения.

History and Problems of Specialised Kindergartens for Children with Visual Impairments.

В статье отражены история и тридцатилетний опыт совместной работы врачей и педагогов в дошкольных учреждениях для детей с нарушением зрения. Показаны преимущества лечения и воспитания детей с глазной патологией в возрасте 2—6 лет в данных учреждениях перед лечением в КОЗ (кабинеты охраны зрения). За последнее десятилетие образовался ряд проблем в работе этих учреждений. В статье делается попытка обозначить эти проблемы и предлагаются пути их решения.

In the article the history and thirty-year experience of teamwork of doctors and teachers in preschool establishment for children with vision impairments are reflected. Here they are shown the advantages of treatment and of education of children with an ophthalmic pathology at the age of 2-6 years old in the given establishments before the treatment in the special centers of sight protection. For the last decade of years a number of problems in the work of these establishments has been formed. In the article an attempt to define these problems is made, and there are offered the ways of their decision.

Отмечается роль всего педагогического коллектива школы-интерната в воспитании позитивного отношения к физической культуре.

In the article the complex of training methods, training apparatus and technical means in physical training of the blind and visually impaired children, directed on formation of independence in movements are shown.  It is marked a role of all pedagogical group of a boarding school in education of the positive relation to the physical culture.

In the article the complex of general educational exercises for children with a strabismus and amblyopia of the senior and preparatory groups of preschool establishment is given. It is shown a possibility to use a massage ball in physical exercises.

Teacher of blind can organize correctional exercises on spatial orientation in sports hall in a preschool centre. It is effectively to make such exercises with using of soft modules. In the article a series of exercises for development of spatial concepts for children with a strabismus and amblyopia are given.
